OxTS launches Inertial+2 at INTERGEO 2009

30 September 2009
OxTS at Intergeo 2009OxTS successfully lauched the new Inertial+2 at INTERGEO from 22nd - 24th September in Karlsruhe, Germany. The Inertial+2, which is a dual antenna version of the popular Inertial+ navigation systems, created a remarkable amount of interest among visitors.

Being compatible with most GPS receivers on the market, the Inertial+2 is very easy to integrate in to a current GPS only solution. Adding the Inertial+2 to your GPS receiver will not only provide reliable, continuous position data even during GPS signals blockage but also output measurements like roll, pitch and heading with high accuracy in real-time.

Using two GPS receivers in the Inertial+2, a very accurate and stable heading measurement is possible even under low dynamic conditions such as aircraft flights. The Inertial+2 measurement system is invaluable for geo-referencing data of airborne sensors including aerial cameras, hyperspectral scanners or LIDAR. This makes the Inertial+2 systems an ideal tool for all survey and mapping projects.
