As a "customer focussed engineer" and working as part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for technical aspects of our products within marketing. You will be responsible for writing the technical documents that our customers use, including manuals, brochures, application notes, webpages, etc. You will investigate and understand how customers use our products, which new features will maximise customer satisfaction and provide product definitions to R&D. You will investigate and follow competitors in order to communicate our benefits clearly. You will report to the Marketing Manager, who is based in a different office.
This is a full time permanent position based in Upper Heyford. Our standard hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday with a half-hour lunch break. Leave entitlement for a full year is 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
The following restrictions apply to this role:

- Be settled within 25 miles of Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire.
