OxTS at Automotive Test Expo India!

15 March 2012
OxTS enjoyed a successful show at the Automotive Testing Expo in Chennai, India from 6th - 8th March 2012. We exhibited together with ATS, our trusted and experienced representative in India.

TestExpo India 2012Our stand at the Testing Expo in Chennai had a record number of visitors who showed great interest in our RT product family. Our booth featured the GPS-aided RT3000 inertial measurement systems - the preferred choice for demanding vehicle dynamics tests when precision and accuracy cannot be compromised. The systems output highly accurate measurements of roll, pitch, slip angle, velocity and acceleration as well as continuous position even in challenging GPS environments.

Especially well received were the cost-effective RT2000 inertial and GPS navigation systems which are ideal for slip angle measurement, acceleration/braking tests, tyre testing and other vehicle dynamics tests. Far surpassing the accuracy, reliability and performance of traditional measurement sensors, the RT2500 systems are ideal for measuring all vehicle handling and performance characteristics. The compact, turnkey RT2500 outputs position, slip angle, roll/pitch, heading, velocity, acceleration and more in real-time at up to 250Hz.

A highlight of the show was the ATS Technology Forum which drew huge crowds of visitors interested in the latest vehicle testing topics. Our experienced Support Engineer Steve Boyle gave a presentation on "Inertial Navigation Systems and their applications to vehicle handling, performance testing and road profile measurements."

Thanks for visiting us at this major event! If you did not attend this year's Automotive Test Expo, send us an email to receive more information about our systems!

Thanks to our Indian representative ATS for a successful exhibition!
