Multiple Slip Angle Measurement Points The new RT3000 software is able to measure the Slip Angle at up to5 separate positions in the vehicle. The new measurements are configured using the RT3000 Config software and output on the CAN bus in four new messages. A new CAN DBC file that includes the new messages and signals is available. Track Angle (Course Over Ground) and Curvature are also computed at the 4 new points. More... |

ABD Steering Robot Configuration The RT3000 and the ABD Steering Robots communicate using Ethernet. In the new RT3000 software, all RT3000 systems can be configured to communicate with any ABD Steering Robot that supports the Ethernet interface. Parameters for the Output Smoothing, used primarily for the Robot Interface, can also be set using the new software. This parameter is used with autonomous vehicles to ensure that there are no sudden changes to the RT3000's measurements. More... |

Pocket PC Display Software: RT-Graph The RT3000 can be connected to PDA's that support a serial interface. This is a convenient way of displaying speed and other important parameters measured by the RT3000. Bright displays on modern PDA's make it easy for the driver to read the values. PDA's are also much lighter than laptop computers and are less likely to cause injury if an accident happens. For more information on the software for Pocket PCs please contact support@oxts.co.uk.

NMEA Configuration in RT3000 Config NMEA is the standard output used by many GPS products. The RT3000 has always had the ability to output NMEA over the serial port. Now the RT3000 Config software can be usedto configure the NMEA outputs. GGA, HDT, VTG, ZDA and GST messages can be output by the RT3000, the message rate and serial baud rate are configurable.
