Drop-in seamlessly

Supporting a number of GNSS vendors including Trimble, Topcon, Novatel, and Navcom for seamless integration. Plus generic NMEA support for receivers not directly integrated means whatever receiver you use, the Inertial+ can give you a blended INS solution.

Great performance, great value

Positioning accuracy is dependent on the external receiver, but it’s always complemented by a high-grade MEMS inertial system. Since you’ve already invested in your own receivers and don’t have to pay again for a fully integrated RTK INS, the Inertial+ is very cost-effective. It even comes with a comprehensive software suite included, for configuration, post-processing, monitoring and analysis.

Maximise performance

When GNSS struggles, such as in urban canyons, under tree cover, or with obstructions like tunnels and bridges, the high-grade MEMS IMU provides a backup to fill in the gaps and keep the system on track. Supporting technologies like odometer input, forwards/backwards processing, and vehicle motion profiles help maintain best possible accuracy that’s smooth and free from jumps in all environments.

If you’ve already invested in high quality GNSS receivers but now need to take it to the next level with inertial integration, the Inertial+ is the ideal cost-effective solution. Get all the benefits of a full inertial navigation system without having to discard your existing equipment and pay again.

Locata support

In addition to the range of GPS/GNSS receivers that the Inertial+ supports, it’s also the first and only INS to support external aiding from the local positioning system Locata. With a local network set up, the Inertial+ takes the NMEA output from a Locata receiver and blends it with the inertial data in the same way as with GNSS, to output a complete 3D navigation solution.

Dual antenna support

Dual antenna receivers provide improved heading accuracy and stability, especially in low dynamic situations. Some newer GNSS receivers on the market incorporate dual antenna on a single board. The Inertial+ can take full advantage of the receiver’s heading calculations from the antenna baseline and blend it along with the rest of the GNSS measurements into the final INS output. If your external receiver isn’t a dual antenna system, the Inertial+ has its own dual antenna option so you can still get robust, stable true heading.
