Overview

OxTS maintenance agreements contain a number of services to deliver technical support and upgrades to you remotely, so your device is up-to-date and supported when you need it.

Product upgrades

We release firmware and software upgrades twice a year to keep up with industry requirements and improve performance. Customers with an OxTS maintenance agreement can access these upgrades automatically for no separate charge.

Remote technical support

If you have a maintenance agreement for your system, you will benefit from priority access to our team of technical support engineers. You can log support calls via phone, email or online, and we guarantee a responses within 24 hours.

Free for the first 12 months

When you purchase a GNSS/INS from us, it is covered by a maintenance agreement for the first 12 months. You can pay to renew for a further 12 months, and we will extend your hardware warranty for this additional period.

 

Fault finding

Our support service includes fault diagnosis and help in connecting your product to other equipment. We also offer remote support options via TeamViewer and we can analyse your RD files from our office.

Configuration advice

We provide help on configuration. If you describe how your system is mounted in your land/air/sea vehicle, we will suggest a suitable configuration for you to use. This saves precious time during setup, and enables you to get the data you need.
