OxTS has two years of experience with our quality management system and sophisticated calibration process which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. OxTS has been awarded the accreditation by UKAS, the only accreditation body in the UK recognised by the government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
ISO 17025 is the highest level of recognised quality any company offering calibration services can achieve. With this calibration process the acceleration and angular rate measurements are traceable to national standards. The accreditation means that our customers can have maximum confidence in the reliability and accuracy of measurements which is important when testing or benchmarking vehicles. It is also important for companies whose internal quality system requires ISO 17025.
In addition to a pre-adjustment assessment, customers will benefit from an internationally recognised calibration certificate issued after calibration. Our calibration process and rigorous quality system ensures that our customers can have confidence in their data and know that measurements are traceable to national standards as required by many official tests.
