For the first time since 2019, we’re delighted to announce that OxTS is back exhibiting in person at INTERGEO for 2022! Not only that, but we’re particularly excited to also announce that we’ll be exhibiting alongside our good friends, Velodyne LiDAR.
The show, which is taking place at Messe, Essen from Tuesday, 18th October to Thursday, 20th October will allow exhibitors to showcase some of their innovations in digital twin, mobile mapping, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), commercial drones, smart cities and more!
We’ve been working closely with Velodyne LiDAR for several years and we are part of their successful Automated with Velodyne ecosystem. The measurements created by our Inertial Navigation Systems, the Survey+ and xNAV650, can be combined with the raw LiDAR data from many Velodyne LiDAR sensors, using OxTS Georeferencer software to create highly accurate 3D pointclouds.
We regularly host informative webinars in partnership, and OxTS offers a wide range of guides, videos, case studies and brochures that feature Velodyne LiDAR. Therefore, the opportunity for OxTS to exhibit alongside Velodyne is one we couldn’t turn down!
You can learn more about how we work in unison with Velodyne by visiting us both in Hall 3, booth A3.084

Join OxTS for our highly anticipated sensor fusion presentation at INTERGEO
INTERGEO is one of the primary exhibitions in the geospatial calendar. It gives organisations in the geospatial industry the opportunity to tell the world about their latest innovations and development work.
We’re therefore happy to announce that we have been selected by INTERGEO
to present a session on the topic of using advanced sensor fusion techniques to achieve centimetre-level position accuracy.
This session will focus on the use of LiDAR as an additional aiding source and will cover:
- The challenges associated with gaining accurate positioning for vehicle validation, using advanced sensor fusion techniques
- How the concept and approach to the problems faced by our customers is driving development
- The work underway within OxTS R&D to put this innovative solution into the hands of users
