OxTS was exhibiting together with our representative ATS at the Symposium on International Automotive Technology (SIAT) in Pune, India from 9th – 12th January 2013. We were very pleased to see many of our customers at the exhibition as well as make many new contacts in India.
Our booth featured the GPS-aided RT3000 inertial measurement systems – the preferred choice for demanding vehicle dynamics tests when precision and accuracy cannot be compromised. The systems output highly accurate measurements of roll, pitch, slip angle, velocity and acceleration as well as continuous position even in challenging GPS environments. Especially well received was our cost-effective RT2000 system which is ideal for slip angle measurement, acceleration/braking tests, tyre testing and other vehicle dynamics tests. Our highly accurate inertial and GPS measurement systems are in use by almost all major manufacturers of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles as well as many leading research associations and universities in the world.
The highlight on the last exhibition day was the Technology Theatre which featured presentations on cutting-edge technologies in the field of vehicle testing, development and safety. We hope you had a chance to listen to a presentation on “Advanced driver assistance systems” by our automotive expert Steve Boyle.
The SIAT Expo has proven to be an excellent networking opportunity and we are pleased with the response to our products on show. Thank you for visiting us at this major event. If you could not attend the SIAT Expo in Pune, please send us an email to receive more information about our systems!
