Alison Smith

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Alison came to OXTS as Commercial Director in 2017 with eight years of executive board-level experience. She was later Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) until November 2022, when she was appointed as OXTS’ Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Alison has a science background and has worked in both marketing and commercial roles, dealing with a wide variety of technical products for over 25 years. She also has 15 years’ experience in product management. Alison is a strong advocate for building direct relationships and sees a customer focused approach as essential for the continued growth and long-term success of OXTS. LinkedIn

Matt Oughton

Director of Commercial

As Director of Commercial, Matt leads OXTS’ Sales and Marketing, as well as regional teams in the USA, Germany and China. Matt’s international teams work closely with OXTS customers and channel partners on a wide variety of projects across automotive, mapping, autonomy, aerospace and rail industries. LinkedIn

Derek Potter

Director of Product

As Director of Product, Derek leads the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, he ensures our products align with user needs, market trends, and business goals. With a deep understanding of innovation, design thinking, and customer experience, Derek drives the development of impactful solutions that push our products – and our company – forward. Linkedin

Kieran Spriggs

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Kieran oversees the day-to-day functions that keep our business running smoothly. With a focus on strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, he ensures our teams have the tools, systems, and support needed to deliver. LinkedIn
