Cost-effective industrial-grade LiDAR sensors
Founded in 2016, Livox is a leading manufacturer of cost-effective LiDAR sensors.
Livox focusses on providing scanning technology to help their customers to incorporate LiDAR sensors into their projects.
Livox LiDAR sensors are being widely applied into industries such as autonomous driving, robots, 3D mapping, smart cities, safety and more.

OXTS and Livox
With the release of OXTS Georeferencer 1.5, OXTS announced integrations with a number of Livox LiDAR sensors.
Using OXTS Georeferencer to combine raw data from Livox LiDAR sensors, with the inertial measurements from OXTS Inertial Navigation Systems, including the Survey+ v3, xNAV650 and the xOEM Board Set, users can:
- Create a full navigation solution
- Speed up ‘time to survey’
- Quickly and easily survey the world around them
- Create high quality, georeferenced pointclouds
Over the coming months, new sensors will be integrated into OXTS Georeferencer to provide users with a wider choice when it comes to the technology they use to survey their environment.

Livox LiDAR sensors are used in a wide range of applications. Their cost-effective, compact and minimalist form factor, provides surveyors with the flexibility to embed them into any design.
When coupled with the low-cost, lightweight and small form-factor of the xNAV650 INS, surveyors can build a full navigation solution that is both high-quality and cost-effective.
