Support plans

We want you to get the best from your OXTS products, which is why we include general support for life, with options to upgrade for enhanced service.

For customers needing a higher level of support our comprehensive Silver and Gold plans are available, providing you with calibration discounts, in-person support and more.

All plans are per unit, providing cover for a duration of two years.

All OXTS customers automatically receive our Bronze support plan, which gives you phone, email and remote access support from our global support team (available from 9am China standard time to 5pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday)

Our higher support tiers give you access to extended warranty, prioritised warranty repairs, free collection and return shipping of warranty repaired and/or calibrated units, discounts on calibrations, and on-site support days with our engineers.
