Product Marketing Executives

Working for the Area of Focus Business Manager, the main tasks include developing, planning and executing holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding, through a series of marketing elements that take the customer on a journey that brings them closer to OxTS. Key metrics would be around moving customers and potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) funnel and converting them into advocates for the business and loyal repeat customers in support of our sales teams and regional representatives.

DFM Engineer

The position within the R&D team is to work alongside R&D design engineers to ensure new products are suitable for our production environment by developing appropriate processes and instructions for manufacture/configuration of new products.  The role will also cover product life cycle management including obsolescence and cover maintenance and running of various R&D test equipment including our temperature-controlled calibration tables.

Senior Software Engineer

The position has significant responsibility for designing, developing and maintaining software for our products. The role is mainly involved in applications, graphical software and data analysis using Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of other operating systems such as portable devices, embedded systems and UNIX is a benefit. Knowledge of electronics is useful.

Product Engineer

The role of the product engineer is to be the technical lead within product management on the OxTS hardware product range. The role entails having and/or developing an in-depth knowledge of OxTS products and their place and purpose within target markets now and in the future. The role will include a significant amount of proactive and reactive customer contact, delivering product demonstrations and training and gathering user insights. This will involve both UK and international travel.

Application Engineering roles

We are currently looking for several Application Engineers to support our continuous growth. The role of Application Engineer is to develop engineering solutions using OxTS products or board sets to meet customer needs. The role involves all aspects of engineering projects including assessing customer requirements, developing customer hardware and software solutions, supporting customers, and writing technical documentation. The role requires in-depth understanding of the functionality and use of the company’s products and board sets and how to adapt them for new applications. It requires international travel.
