OxTS are proud to announce that, starting Monday 6th November 2023, OxTS GmbH will offer full-service calibrations for OxTS products from our new laboratory in Augsburg, Germany.
This service is initially available to all customers in Germany. We are very much looking forward to bringing the OxTS calibration service closer to you. This offering mirrors OxTS UK’s quality-assurance standards and will be the sole EU-based service that can return out-of-calibration OxTS products to specification.
Here’s what you can expect from OxTS GmbH calibration service in Augsburg, Germany:
- Official OxTS Service: Our OxTS GmbH team use specialist, OxTS-approved equipment and processes to perform IMU checks and adjustments which allow you to prove that your devices are measuring data within specified accuracies.
- IMU-adjustments completed in Augsburg, Germany: Your OxTS INS product will undergo meticulous IMU adjustments, to ensure the device performs to specification, without leaving the EU.
- Fast turnaround: We understand that time is of the essence, and we are committed to delivering a swift, local service that aims to return all devices within one week.
- Certified performance: The OxTS GmbH calibration service provides the same standard of certification as the OxTS Ltd service to ensure continuity in your quality assurance processes.

Coming soon – ISO17025 accreditation and wider EU support.
In December 2023, this year we expect OxTS GmbH to join OxTS UK as an ISO17025-accredited laboratory. This accreditation would recognise that the OxTS GmbH calibration equipment, methods and internal quality management systems meet the highest standards set by the industry.
In the meantime, customers who need an ISO17025-accredited calibration from OxTS can receive this from our UK service and repair centre as normal.
