Oxford Technical Solutions is pleased to announce the creation of its US subsidiary company OxTS Inc., based in Michigan. The new company, formed in October 2017, has been created to look after the needs of our North American customers by providing more localised support and mitigating the problem of operating across multiple time-zones.

That’s why they are so often used as reference systems for everything from the test and validation of complex multi-vehicle ADAS technologies down to brake testing. The creation of OxTS Inc. simply underlines the commitment OxTS has to supporting customers fully.”
OxTS Inc. will initially be staffed by Support Engineer Randy Brown, who will be providing comprehensive support via telephone and email to customers based in North America. Randy already has solid background in the use and support of measurement and acquisition systems and will be fully-backed up by the support team in the United Kingdom.
Randy will work in close collaboration with our North American sales representatives Franck Boynton (NavtechGPS) and Brent Rijnovean (Brendel Associates) whose growing customer bases will benefit from having a local support contact in their time zone.
